How is the partner share calculated?
Your partner share for Virgin Bingo is calculated
as 25% of the net gaming revenue. If during any
monthly period your referred customers generate
negative revenue (i.e. bingo.virgingames.com
loses money due to a referred customer(s)),
your negative balance will not be carried over
into the next month. You will never be asked to
repay a negative balance. Commission is not paid
on bonuses given to players.

When will I get paid?
Presuming that you have filled out all your
bank details in the 'Register' section you
will be paid once you have submitted your
payment request through the 'Your reports'
section. Our payments are made on the 15th
and last day working of the month, so depending
on when you submit your request you will
be paid shortly after the next payment run.
You can only request payment for completed
calendar months which will show as clickable
links in your stats once the partner share
is available, usually on 1st of the month.

a unique (for your site) tracking URL that
allows us to track every user who signs
up to Virgin Bingo after
clicking through from your site. It also
contains the necessary code for us to serve
the banner onto your site, so please do
not alter it or it won't work!

How are the banners served?
The banners are hosted by us which means
that they are served from our servers using
the latest hardware and ad-serving technology.
The advantage of this method is that it
allows us to change the banner that appears
on your site without you having to do any
work. We can instantly change our banners
on your site to show the latest promotions.
